Tuk Tuk picked LAK5 in the brackets pool. He also picked PHI6 (all others who picked Flyers picked them in 7).

I was one of many who picked Pitts & Vanc to compete in the Cup final... both could be out in round 1...

How interesting would it be IF it was Philly & LA in the final...

The way Philly is playing now... would not be surprised to see them go to the final. Bryz is still a bit of a wild card though... if he settles down and gets in a zone... look out.

It's been good so far, hasn't it? The last (only?) time a President's Trophy team was down 0-2 in the first round and came back to win the series, it was Detroit in 2002. Their opponent that year was the 8th place Canucks. After losing the opener 4-3 in OT, and 5-2 in game 2, Detroit reeled off 4 straight to win the series, and ended up winning the Cup as well.

So that's what Vancouver is drawing their inspiration from, eh?

Couldn't be happier if Van got bounced in 4 straight. No riots though, please.

I maintain Bryz can't handle the pressure of going all the way.

Guys, *neither one* of those goalies will make it anywhere near the Finals.

If Canucks get bounced - they have to trade Luongo.

And would still have an infinity times as many goals/points in the playoffs than Zibanejad. Math doesn't lie Smile
It may not lie, but I'm pretty sure that isn't how it works. Smile

If they do, who would want his cap hit and term?

Nah, Dubnyk is just fine:

Luongo through 55 games this season = 2.41/0.919
Dubnyk through 47 games this season = 2.67/0.914

The difference is quality of team. You would think that Vancouver's goalies should have better numbers than the 2nd worst team.
