They've played way better than that.

I think we'll see Lehner before this series is over.

you say they could play better then you blame it on Anderson

man sometimes I don't want to be a part of this fan base lol

Let's not panic, let's not get down. It was one game, and we played very well for portions of it. A couple breakdowns, a couple bad bounces, we missed a couple chances, and that was that. It was critical that they continue to push, and they were rewarded with a couple goals in the third.

Game 2 should be a little tighter, and we will be less nervous.

This team has proven throughout the year that they are resilient, and there's no reason to believe that they can't pull it together and win the next game.

Let's have some faith.

They played really well in the latter half of the 3rd. Avoid those horrendous breakdowns and who knows...

I said they've played better, last time I checked Anderson is part of the team genius.

I agree, but no way they should play the way they did for as long as they did. Remember what got you here, watching it fall apart and cost us tonight was painful. Use the clichés...dig deep. The third was great for the most part.

Oh and please let someone else take the faceoffs than Turris.

I am so Cussing thankful they stopped playing the way they were in the 2nd and early third or we'd have lost 8-1. Laugh1

Hopefully they got the 1st game jitters out of the way. Now they can look at the video from game 1 and adjust for game 2.

The good news is that it's all right there for them to see on video. The Rangers really messed with them for twenty minute test or so, fix that and we're in this.

Nah you threw him under the bus. Already seeing people call for Lehner. It's a joke.

At 4-0, I thought he might get a mercy pull personally, but right back with him in game 2.

i liked the way the game ended. i'd rather we end it with two goals then start with a two goal lead and see them get 4 after.

shows that they're starting to get a better handle of this team and their playoff game. should be fun on saturday.

yeah you can't go with bishop for game 2. if we're to make any noise in this playoffs it's gonna have to be Anderson.

Meh. If they split, they're in great shape. Call it first game jitters in a hostile building and move on.

Go Sens.

They can do better - and they'll have to on Saturday. Need more out of Spezza, Alfredsson, Turris etc. The stars have to rebound and put up some points.

No it was a (dis)honourable mention for Andy, it wasn't his fault we lost but he wasn't sharp tonight either. Nobody was. Team was just flat, typically Sens game after a long layoff.
As for Lehner it was a bit of a joke that if we lose 3, MacLean might feel tempted to put Lehner in and see if he can save the season like he did for Bingo.

It felt like the last Habs game where we spent most of the game shooting pucks at Josh Gorges shin pads. They are really aggressive on the shot blocks and the Sens need to pick better shots, because few good ones got through.

The Rangers are Dung, they turtle in front of Lundqvist all night and just take advantage of our mistakes. Felt like a Bruins game.

This is where we need Spezza and Michalek to get in there and make the Rags D scramble a bit more. Andy needed the 4th goal, but hot damn Cowen was scared. In fact, there must have been 10 giveaways right in front of our net. Madness.

First one was on Andy. Guy had no shot, all he had to do was hug the post. Instead he goes way out, and leaves too much room.
