Greening named to rookie squad - no Cowen. Which irks me to be honest. I love Greening, anyone on this forum knows that - and I'd choose Cowen to be represented in the rookie tournament way before Greening. Oh well...congrats to Greening and the rest of the all-stars.

Only two d-men named to the rookie squad: Larsson and Justin Faulk (Carolina). Whatever, Cowen isn't exactly the flashy type of player you want to see in the rookie game anyway.

Nice to see the usual suspects from US based teams get in there. Nice to see Eberle got in too, what a year he's having.

Only Oiler is RNH (on the rookie squad).

Eberle is EXACTLY the type of player you want to see at the ASG. No idea why he wasn't put in. Possible guys to remove: ...err...well it's tough when every team has to send at least one player.
