From his Twitter account: Great W. #Cowen with the #GWG! We got momentum going in the 3rd and were rewarded. Gotta get home, Bruins tomorrow w/ the new lid! #sens20

The Hannibal Lecter mask FTW!

Both teams are in exactly the same situation.

So you say...twice. Or, back-to-back, as it were.

ScoreOttawa: Anderson to start tonight; MacLean hopes to get 1 of Kuba or Gonchar back for Friday's game.

Rundblad to Bingo hopefully.

You never know, though!

They are both playing second game in two nights, and both teams had to travel last night. Fatigue should not be a determining factor. However if they play Thomas then fatigue *could be* a factor. And if they play Rask then it goes the other way (Anderson only faced 29 shots, Rask faced 41).

Boston will start Thomas, and Boston did not travel.

Rask played for the B's last night so Thomas is fresh.

Not right away if at all. You need 7 D men in the NHL at all times.

You don't need to have any extras if you don't want to. Binghamton is not far away

If you are close to the cap, that changes things... a team like Ottawa, 7 dmen is a must. same with 13 forwards. Having a guys know that they will be in the lineup no matter what, especially rookies, is a bad, bad thing.

Games gotta be played. I think it's a 2-1, 3-1 games for Boston tonight but it's not like Ottawa has no shot.

Hopefully Mac employs a nice neutral zone trap to slow things down to a grind.

Probably not the best idea. Boston has no problems dumping it in and going after the D on the forcheck. Tough team to play against no matter what you do though... just have to out work them, that's the only way they can be beat.

As mentioned, Michalek is DTD with a concussion. Won't be suited up tonight. Butler in?

MTL has the best system to play against Boston but we don't have Carey Price :crossarms:

They played a home game against the Kings last night. They traveled from Boston while Ottawa traveled from Buffalo.
