Penalty killing: EDM Oilers are in the top 10 in the NHL, impressive

Coaching: OTT MacLean has been a breath of fresh air for players

Overall: OTT Senators have enjoyed some success at Rexall Place

PLUS

The Senators have held opponent’s to 0-for-26 on the power play in
the past six games ... Khabibulin has been one of the NHL’s best goalies
this season with a 7-2-2 record, .945 save-percentage and 1.52 GAA, but
the Senators are likely going to see backup Devan Dubnyk. Khabibulin
has given up eight goals in his last two games ... The Senators have won
five straight in Edmonton and are 7-1-0 vs. the Oilers since 2005-06.



MINUS

RW Colin Greening was one of the NHL’s best rookies with 4-4-8 in the
month of October. He has gone pointless in seven games in November and
is minus-4. Don’t be surprised if he starts losing ice time to RW Bobby
Butler on the top line ... Expect to see D David Rundblad scratched for
the third straight game vs. the Oilers. He was minus-6 in four games
before being scratched vs. Toronto ... C Stephane Da Costa has one
point, an assist, in the club’s last six games.
