Can't watch anymore - disgusting, but I'll take the loss.

Relax. They went 3-1 on a road trip while spending 4 or 5 days in Florida against a team coming off a loss fighting for the 8th playoff spot.

I don't care about the loss, it was due, but the play in that game was disgusting no matter what the occasion. Lalalala

There's a potential we don't win 1 game this week. Unfortunately Colorado's playing Vancouver next though.

Yeah we were due for a Dung game and a loss.

So was Anderson for letting in a few and getting the hook. Interesting what the Goalie Guild wrote on him:

I would never sign Craig Anderson for anything more than $3 million for one year. I can't believe he turned down $7 million for 2 years.

Why would I be bitter about Anderson? He's good...and great when things are going great. But he's not an "elite" goalie IMO.

He does seem a bit bitter lol.

Maybe an upset. Luongo doesn't always do well against the Avs (although that won't matter if they Nucks win 7-6 or something haha).

I agree with him somewhat. I want him signed but I wouldn't consider him among the elite of the NHl, or a guy who would be up for a Vezina. Would provide presence in our net though.

congrats to Erik Karlsson who notched his 12th goal and 40th point of the season! Ahhhhh!

With his -33 rating, we can go ahead and label this a sophomore slump....its only gonna go up from here! Nod

EDIT: I see Marakh beat me to it....most goals by a sens d-man since big 'Z' in 2006. And Jason Spezza with a 4 point night. Good to see him find his scoring touch again.

40 points...I have really been following the stats lately, so I didn't realize that. Quite an accomplishment for a young man on an offensively challenged team.

His career numbers would argue that. He's had a rough year and because he's only played ~200 games or whatever, his career save % would have taken a hit. Before this year, he was hovering around .917-.919, that's better than anything we've had here in a while.

Goldman is on radio right now and he offers one piece of advice for the Sens: whatever you do, don't sign him for more than 1 year to keep him motivated and to make him play his best hockey.

I think they should do that for all the roster players Smile

Who the hell is "gpalie guide" and "Goldman"?

I'll let the professionals and the guys who don't blog daily make the decisions as they actually know what's going on.
