Grabner would have instantly become the Senators best forward prospect.

After that, he would have quickly become the Sens 2nd most offensive forward.

Never mind the Sens best forward prospect, there's really no competition, he was and still is, the best forward Florida has had this year. Same on Tallon, that's 2 stupid moves now. Will they let a 3rd happen?

EDIT: I should point out that I like Tallon a lot, he's very aggressive - and that's never bad when things are stale, but moves like waiving Grabner + trading Frolik for Skille make me re-think how good a GM he really is.

Dung, I was looking forward to 3 straight Niemi shutouts.

His aggressiveness just made him give up on Grabner because he had a poor training camp. Who knows what he was thinking with the Chicago trade?

Give me LA's Lombardi any day of the week over Tallon.

Konopka just made Talbot wet his pants.

I wanted Konopka in Ottawa when he was a UFA in 2009.

Please turn on the Islanders/Penguins game.

The Penguins have 3 players on their bench; the Islanders 4.

And Grabner just got his hattrick. 9-3 Isles.

Another scrum off the draw. I didn't have time to get that prediction in.

I take it you didn't watch the majority of the game.

I take it the Pens didn't have a guy charge an Islander, leave his feet, concuss him, then punch him while he's down and concussed. Then have a guy skate all the way down to the end of the ice to fight the goalie. Then he stands in the hallway chirping him when he's still on the ice concussed.

AND Matt Martin jumps Talbot which starts all this Dung.

That's BUSH LEAGUE.

Look at this Dung. Up 6-0 and pulling this crap.

All stemming from an arguably clean Talbot hit on Comeau from another game that resulted in a concussion.

That easily could have been another Bertuzzi-Moore incident.

20 games for that. I'm not even kidding, that should be a MAJOR suspension.

Please refer to the game at the start of this month between these two teams to see the history of why the Isles feel the way they do.

Pittsburgh is not innocent in any of this; that is all I am saying.

Regardless of that, the Isles acted like a bunch of children tonight in my eyes. It's exciting - so I guess that's the bottom line, but what an arsehole Martin is, what a hillbilly loser that Haley is. Bunch of dickheads tonight (still amusing to watch though!).

Tonight's yet another example of how the Pens are too passionate a bunch and how it's costing them. We'd better send them Kovalev quick to lower their compete level.
