I have always said that there is no goal allowed that a goalie wouldn't want back; there is always something they could have done differently to make a save. Every NHL or top-end goalie feels that way. With that said, all three goals given up by Elliott tonight so far tonight aren't ones that you dwell on for very long. They slide right off your back after giving it a quick look-over in the video room.

I liked the first period, for the most part. But the team sort of got out of the system in the second. Hopefully that's our lousy period for the game and we're back to normal in the third.

Finally get a powerplay then allow a shorty...

That is one that Elliott will want back though.

Those are the kinds of saves he has been making to either: A) keep his team in the game, or B) perserve the lead for his team.

BTW, everyone i'm terribly sorry i watched the game and ruined it for everyone. i promise that next wednesday i've got something keeping me away from the whole game. we'll win that one.

It has been pretty bad for quite awhile in my opinion. Fisher is hurt, never been a supporter of Michalek and Alfie is.
