nice GDT. I didn't know about the Sens saturday struggles. That was an interesting story. I wonder why we struggle on Saturday's? Any ideas?

Looking at the East we're going to be in for a tough fight all year.

Foligno and Regin need to get on the scoreboard.

Get Butler up here if they continue to suck.

PKC, not sure I get your point about Karlsson. He's a sophomore defenseman on a team that had problems scoring for the first half doze games. He's had 4 defense partners already, this year. He leads the Sens defense in goals and is second in points from the back-end. He has nearly half of the goals from the back-end (3 of 7) and, since going the first four games pointless, has 6 points in 9 games.

Could he be better? I'm not sure. He's on a 27-27-54 pace for the last 9 games and, while his upside is probably north of that, he's not going to reach his career potential as a sophomore on a mediocre team.

Cap say that's not going to happen.

Regin was good since Spezza's return. LEt's wait a bit.
FOligno on the other hand starts to piss me off. He thinks he can deke around 3 guys.

He actually can -- not around, but through, and it will only happen if he continues to move his feet. It's like he needs a reminder every couple of shifts. Quite frustrating.

Yeah, at least draw the penalty. Either way, I've thought Foligno has been pretty good. I think tonight he gets himself on the scoresheet or he might lose his job to Shannon - or Butler, but I think he can do something.

last 2 game the shots have been 72-38 against for the Habs

That's part of the problem with being so close to the cap. He can get his ice time cut, but it would be difficult to send him down.

By the way, HNIC just had a "Peter Puck" bit followed by a "Viagra" ad. I'm still scratching my head.

Ah, that's very different. Nevermind Smile

Foligno on that last rush on the PP, skates hard with the puck, then crosses the blue line and starts coasting. If he had kept his feet moving he might have drawn a penalty; instead, he just gets skated into the boards.

By the way, just before the Lapierre roughing, I think Neil got away with a boarding if not a hit to the head.
