Stone's tie-breaker ends up as the winner. B-Sens score 7 to win their 7th in a row.

Dang, my feed went down just after Wiercioch took the penalty. How was Silfverberg`s goal? The guy's in the chatbox were raving about it. Was it really that good?

I didnt catch this game but the guys in the chatbox are pretty outlandish and pedophilic.

Right?!>! I consider myself pretty inappropriate, but even I cringe at some of the things they say.

Capgeek shows him as being an RFA. I think we discussed this a while back when they extended him and his RFA status was preserved.

But if there's no games this season he will be UFA I think because that's what happens if you don't play enough games and reach a certain age.

That clause was tied to his old contract, and is not an absolute. When Bishop signed the new deal with us, he left that old contract, with that old clause, behind. He is an RFA next year regardless.

I thought I heard they ere playing three games this weekend; must have been hearing about the 67s. How could I confuse the two teams? Facepalm

Anyhow, the B-Sens' next game is Sunday. Hopefully Lehner is back in nets. He *is* the better goalie, no questions about it.

Sunday is a home game against the division rivals Syracuse Crunch. Even with the 7-game winning streak (which includes a win over the Crunch) Syracuse is still ahead of the B-Sens by 2 points. This is not going to be an easy game by any stretch. And if the "first home game after a road trip" curse exists in the AHL like it does in the NHL, this game does not look very promising. If they win, they will lead the Division (even if the Crunch get a point). We'll need some, ahem, Lehnsational saves.

P.S. I don't think the first home game after a road trip is the same in the AHL. In the NHL many of the players are returning home to their families. They are not as focused on game-day rituals, perhaps, like eating the right things at the right time, getting to bed at a certain time, having that afternoon nap. In the AHL I'd be most of these guys are sharing an apartment, which is not so different from sharing a hotel room. Of course that's just speculation.

The B-Sens don't play tonight. Syracuse is in Connecticut.

After tonight's game. Syracuse would have played 2 more games than the B-sens.

Lehner was left home to rest last night.. I'm sure Richardson knows the importence of tomorrows game.

Is there another stream than the B-SensHockeyLive? It has been terrible the last couple of games. Last night kept going up and down.. and the game before I lost the entire 3rd period.

I didn't say tonight, did I? I heard "three game weekend" on the radio but they must have been talking about the 67s. The B-Sens game is Sunday afternoon.

So Syracuse is playing tonight *and* tomorrow afternoon? They'll have to travel tonight, too, since the Sunday game is at 5PM. So their game in Connecticut will be done by around 10, they'll be on the bus by 11 and arrive at their rooms after 2AM. Sweet. The B-Sens a chance, then.
