Mute the TV and turn on Team1200. Sure the 7 second delay will make it impossible to understand what's going on, but it'd still be an improvement.

Seeing the action live and then hearing it described 7 seconds later will feel like you have the power to predict the future. Don't let that go to your head. Use responsibly.

Silfverberg and Zibanejad's shots from long and shot range are gonna be tough weapons to stop.

Yeah, especially Silfverberg if he gets some room in the slot. Zibanejad is doing what you said he'd do Big, he's shutting people up immediately.

Careful now, skeeter, it's just pre-season.

(but those were patented Silf and Zib goals)

Pre-season or not, I can see a lot of people seeing that goal and saying, "oh...he is good..."

The goalie didn't move on the Silfverberg shot until the puck was in the net...

Reminds me a lot of Mike Bossy.

That's true. People haven't really seen what he can do.

Look at Hoffman...first game of the pre-season and he makes sure management and Richardson take notice.

Zibanejad is making himself known as well. Good stuff.

Way too many penalties in that game, but I suppose everyone is trying to impress. Goalies played well. Shots were something like 9-2 in the 1st and the B-Sens had a 1-0 lead. There was a 5-3 for 90 seconds mid-way through the third (that was Greenham in goal) with a 1-goal lead. Lehner had the night off -- didn't even dress.

Appears to be so many good prospects... but not enough room for them... I can see a quantity for quality trade coming.

Defensemen Danny New and Chris Wideman, and forward Brad Peltz have been assigned to the B-Sens’ ECHL affiliate Elmira Jackals. Goaltender Scott Greenham has been released from his tryout agreement and will join the Bakersfield Condors of the ECHL.
