Game one was pretty good... Definetly tunning in for that one!

I watched the Sharks game. Heatley had an asissts but he was actually one of their best forwards. He was hustling, playing well defensevily, and just creating a lot of chances.

I watched the DET/PHO game. It was f'ing amazing. I don't think I've ever seen two team playing harder. Some of the best hockey of this decade.

Datsyuk and especially Zetterberg are amazing. I wish our $7 mil player competed with half the heart that these guys do.

I was only able to watch the highlights, but holy Dung!! A game literally worth the price of admission. Just end to end heroics. They scored like five goals in four minutes between them.
Detroit is so dangerous, they might end up playing Vancouver in the Western finals.

Phoenix played so hard in the first two periods that they started to get worn out. Some of the most intense hockey in a long time. Wow.

I'm not disrespecting Phoenix, I'm just saying Detroit is better. Whether people want to believe it or not, the two best teams in the league this year are still Detroit and Pittsburgh. Their records aren't an indication of how good they are. If either team can beat them in the first round, I'm making them my official pick for the Finals.

Later rounds? They are still gonna lose THIS series, my friend. Habs, even though they lost, proved that they can just as easily score with them as well. Halak and the D will definately be much better their own barn.

so who starts in goal for the caps theodore or varlamov ? from the goals that theodore let in and the goals that varlamov let in i would rather go with varlamov, what does everyone else think?

Oh, my. I didn't realize the score. I've been out all day, just got back. The last couple of posts talk about 2-1, then OT. I still think the Caps will take thm, but this is probably going 7.

The Capitals have some serious problems. If they make it to the second round, and after tonight's game that if is bigger than ever, they are going to get Crapped on. Which doesn't really surprise me, I already said a few times on the forums that their style of hockey wasn't the kind that wins playoff series and Stanley Cups.
