I second that!

FINALLY! This is what matters to me!

Sens should be able to take this one at home, not a lot of better teams in their own barn. Elliott will get the start Im sure, I wonder when Leclaire will play again?

when the games don't matter in the regular season anymore, IE, when the playoff spot is clinched.

If not tomorrow, then I can see Leclaire starting against the 'Canes. At some point in time you have to throw him back in there to see what his deal is.

I don't know if he'll face Carolina. They're one of the hottest teams right now going 8-2-0 in their last 10 I think. Ward has been red hot as well.

The Sens are back! Yeaaaa!!!! GAME DAY:New York Rangers @ Ottawa Senators - 7:30PM EST. TUE. Mar 2, 2010 - Page 2 542150

I'm torn on the idea of trading/keeping A-Train. Even with him in the lineup, the Sens still could use another solid D-man. Plus its hard to think of Volchenkov on another team. He's had a great run with the team, besides his injuries. I think back to the team in 2006 when the 3 pairings were amazing- Chara/Redden, Phillips/Pothier, Volchenkov/ Meszaros, with Schubert the 7th.
I know he's not available, or at least in regards to a steal, but it would be amazing if the Sens acquired Shea Weber at the deadline. He's the guy I always find myself trading for in NHL 09/10.

Weber? As much as I would commit illegal, disgusting and offensive acts to get him in Ottawa, we just can't do it without A) killing our depth now, making us worse or B) destroying the stable of prospects Murray accumulated.

I mention in my comment that acquiring Weber is a dream. I'm not saying to Bryan go out and dismantle the team so we just have one stud defenceman. I realize that it would take 3 to 4 solid players and a top draft pick in order to acquire him.

Shea Weber is untouchable. You'd have to be trading a top 10 talent in the league for him.

I thought this might be the chance to sneak Leclaire back into a start but I guess Clouston is sticking with Elliott. I like it.

Thanks for the update SSF. Did you get it from Twitter? They have it up on the Sens twitter page now. Elliott to start.

I got the Metro 4-pack for tonight's game as a birthday present for my kid. He's invited two friends and we'll be there, screaming our heads of.

Funny thing, about a day after I purchased the tickets I received (forwarded to me) a Sens Insider promo (I think the code was GABORIK) for the same game. Some seats were in the 100s for $35 (none left by the time I went to check).

Anyhow, continuing along the same line (ticket prices) I randomly checked out stubhub.com, and you can get tickets to a Sens game in Florida for $3!!!! They are 400-level seats but, come on, this is Florida, so you can probably ease your way down to the 200s by the second period.

Are there still any $99 return tickets to Florida, or am I still stuck in the 90s?
