GAME DAY:New York Rangers @ Ottawa Senators - 7:30PM EST. TUE. Mar 2, 2010

I was hoping to see a guy like Carkner or Ruutu get into a fight and possibly spark something at the start of the 3rd.
There is one good thing that is coming out of this game and that is Pascal Leclaire played a good third period. When I think of the last game he came in to relieve Elliott, he let in a goal I think against the Leafs. Leclaire can build off this. I would like to see him start the next game.

Ya, I think Leclaire gets a start next game for sure, he does need to play and March is a loooong month.

Yeah, but in fairness to Lee everybody played just a horrible game.

Everything coaches tell you not to do, they did them tonight. They better get their dung together or we'll quickly fall down in the standings.

I agree but point being is you need someone who can step in and be effective, not someone who just comes in and wont do anything positive but will defently make a mistake at some point.

I really hope Murray can get a guy to play point for this powerplay. They haven't clicked all year.
As much as I love Alfie blasting pucks at the net, his shots seem to have been all over the place lol. Alfie scored some real nice goals actually when he moved in from the point for a one timer. I would like to see him Spezza get a play like that going similar to what Alfie and Backstrom were doing on the Swedish powerplay. Of course you need to have better entrees, win faceoffs etc.

Agreed. I'm pretty sure only Regin and Karlsson were generating anything tonight. What a steaming pile of Dung that game was.

He still wasn't sharp. You have to put some of the blame on him, he can't always be faultless.

Tonight it wasnt him, A Train was at fault on 3 of those 4 goals and Carkner left him out to dry on the 1st one.
