Could this be a first round playoff preview? It would be the third time in the last 3 playoffs for the Sens if it were to happen. It's really looking likely that the worst the Sens will do is 5th so possibly a Pens vs. Sens or Devils vs. Sens first round. I thought I knew which I'd prefer but both have their advantages. The Devils matchup would be allow the Sens easier matchups due to the lack of offensive power where the Pens would possibly be tired due to the number of games they've played the last couple seasons. Also the Sens are quite familiar with the Pens having faced them in their last two playoff runs.

Considering how bad the Pens lit us up the last time, I think the stage is set for us to return the favor

I just got 1134! Seriously this time, no PS or BS. I hit a double mine which helped keep me "alive".

Updated the Pens injury list on the first page as well as here.

Of all the things that rubbed me the wrong way, the 8-2 score really got to me. I thought about it for a while afterwards. I'm afraid we'll need to pound you into the ice, win lose or draw. While I don't blame anyone for running up the score, it was done. And what's done needs to be punished.

It should be another good test. Pens are winners of 5 of their last 7 and of course we all know the Sens 7-0 in their last 7. Both teams playing at the top or near the top of their games. I'm hoping that Elliott can hold us in their and frustrate the Pens should we need him to do so. He was ridiculously good in the Chicago game vs. Kane, Toews, Hossa, Campbell, Keith, Seabrook and so on so I have faith he'll be able to shut down the Pens.

I realize it's in Pittsburgh, but I get Neil, Kelly, Ruutu out against Gonchar as much as possible and tell them that I don't care if they score, but every time they cross center to dump it into Gonchar's corner and send 2 human missals in to pound him into submission.

Gonchar is the key to this team...make him run and hide and they will struggle.

You certainly don't need to tell Neil and especially Ruutu to go for a hit instead of the puck.

The other key is Malkin. He has his way with the Sens. Assuming they can continue to shut down Crosby the next big key is Malkin on the front end anyway.
