- Emery backing up Hasek (Hasek was great, the injury costs him and us the Cup)

I was pretty scared... Glad they came out strong...

I just giot back from my son's pee-wee game around 12:20 to find out that my brother in law was letting me have his tickets. Made it to our seats just before the National Anthems (thanks to the P1 parking pass).

So, if you recall, I went to two games last year and got pizza both times (the only two times the Sens scored 6 last season). Well, this was our first game this year (I don't count pre-season) and we're getting pizza again!

I say all tickets that cannot be used go to Prager.

To be fair to the Sens, the tying goal came on a 5 on 3 that was just a brutal call by the ref. Sure, maybe Kelly grabbed the stick, but it was in the classic position -- parallel to the ice, at chest level. At worst that should have been a hook and a holding-the-stick. Sure, the refs were trying to make up for all the infractions called on the Flyers in the 1st, but they also didn't call two very, very blatant trips. Flyers play a very, very undisciplined game. It could have been a lot worse if the Sens' PP was clicking.

I thought Elliot could have been the 3rd start, coming in cold like that and only letting in that 5-on-3 goal.

Kovalev had a bit of fun out there. When he came out for the 1st star selection he skated off doing the moon-walk (moon-skate?) Maybe this will be the Rod Tidwell (Jerry Maguire) moment for him.

I just checked, and they scored 6 goals earlier this season against Pittsburgh. So that proves they can deliver the pizza even without us in the crowd. But we obviously must help
