Question is WHY is he not playing? Somewhat injured? Do they think he's not good enough... I mean he was the best D in the SEL this past season?

Just thinking that a guy who has never set foot in a NA rink, the only thing tying him to the organization is that he was traded to the parent club. Don't know the rules, obviously, but I have to wonder if he is even eligible.
