I was listening to the Team 1200, and apparently Bobby Butler has played 96 games so far this year after the preseason, Bingo, Ottawa, and playoff games. With the coming series, he'll hit at least 100, barring injury. In the eight months of hockey he's played so far, he's averaging just under a game every two nights. Crazy!

Yeah, he's gonna be spent after this. He'll need to take a week or two and then hit the gym, but it's been a solid year. Greening must have played a ton too, same with Condra and Z.Smith.

what happened to derek smith??

Not sure, but he's questionable apparently. Brust is definitely hurt too, the B-Sens just signed Jerry Kuhn to a ATO.

How the hell can the guy be 5-6 with a GAA under 2 in the ECHL? Don't the Steelheads score any goals? I know it's only the ECHL, but those are some really nice stats.

Kuhn finishes up his University career on March 26, heads to the Steelheads in the ECHL, has some regular-season games and playoffs, and now the the second round of the Memorial Cup in the AHL. Quite a month. This was an interesting read:

If you look closer, you'll see that he's also tied for 12th in team scoring - which is...cute.

That's hilarious. Like Crawford outscoring the Sedins in the last few games.

Where is Mike Brodeur? So I guess it's Lehner or nothing.... Let's go Robin.

I'm going on the roadtrip... will be a very late night for some of us 'older persons'.. but it's going to be a blast.

Those are really good stats. Why is he not in the AHL? Is it his size?

We can't use Brodeur, he wasn't on the clear list, so as of now he's just our property until July 1.

I think Brust will end up backing up Lehner, but they don't want to get into a situation where Brust simply can't go and they don't have another option. Plus, they need to get Kahn into a practice so he knows a little something about the system.

That's awesome that you're going on that road trip, I didn't expect many from here to be going. Let us know how it is.

What about injury? Can they not replace a goaltender due to injury?

Only by signing a guy to an ATO like Kahn as far as I know. That's what they're doing with him, replacing Brust as far as I know.

It was in someone's tweet after game 5, I think, and I think it was for the preceding 3 games.. One of the Sedins scored in G6 so it's probably no-longer true
