Huge victory. Good to see Weircioch producing (somewhat)....callup is in order perhaps so they can give Borowiecki a chance down there.

The last few days have been phenomenal, with 3 wins in 3 days, outscoring the opposition 12-3.

2 of those games with Lehner in net.. letting in 1 goal in those 2 games.
How did the fans respond to him? Did the booing stop?

Standing ovation on Friday (the 32 save shutout), not sure about Saturday, but the guy was amazing in Bingo's huge time of need with Brust being banged up. Nice weekend all around for Bingo + the Sens I guess. Things are taking shape in both places, but it looks real good on Bingo. It's about time - and also, remember that Bobby B, Greening, Z.Smith, Condra, Wiercioch, Hale are all joining the B-Sens should they make the playoffs. Lots of reasons to be excited right now.

Glad to see the fans aren't so pig headed with their love of Brust and can appreciate a good game by Lehner. Here's hoping he keeps up playing great and wins over more and more fans. Maybe Lehner can even make them forget about Brust next season?

Awesome. Good to see he's backing up his hyper-confident sound bites.shabbs wrote:As per Joy L:

The Bruins (the #4 team in the other east division) is 15 points behind and barely playing .500 (5-4-0-1 in their last 10, compared to Bingo's 7-3-0-0). In fact, the B-Sens are just 1 point back of Norfolk for 4th in their own division (although Norfolk has 2 games in hand). A couple of losses by the Admirals and they could find themselves being the cross-over team. You don't really want to cross over and play the Penguins -- 52-20-0-1. Yikes!
