Most people seem to think it stands for "the next Lundquist".

If we're really lucky he'll be like Braden Holtby in a few years but even Washington has Neuvirth and Varlamov. I envy them, they just randomly call up awesome goalies from Hershey when they need to.

Just sayin'. It's in Wëbsstër's.

What's Websster's??? Is that the antonym version of Webster's?

It's the Swedish Webster's. Another source would be Öxfjörd.

Bingo lost again 3-2. Both goals by O'Brien (can more than one person score on this squad already??). Very much in jeopardy of losing that playoff spot. Brust with the loss.

Maybe time for Bobby Butler to enjoy his last few games up here....

Dammit, yeah, it's coming close to decision making time with Condra and Greening. Butler can't go back until our season is over, every second he spends with Spezza is building chemistry for next year + showcasing himself for the job of #1 RW. It's even a tough call on Condra and Greening, they're fighting (well) to stay here. Hopefully they'll make it in and then get rewarded with some players coming back.

Couldn't Binghamton get some reinforcements though from the SEL and CHL?

Hmmm.... from the looks of it, they won't be getting Culek for a while with Saint John being in 1st in their division.

Can rule out Cowen and Stone too, for the time being. Damn.

What about Silfverberg, Rundblad, Petersson and Sandin?

Rundblad will likely play for the Worlds, not sure about Silfverberg, but he's really doubtful to come over now. Petersson is hurt (he's in Ottawa having treatment on that back issue last I heard). Sandin I haven't heard much about this year at all. Really not sure what we're gonna do. Send down Greening and Condra and call up two of the lesser guys? Say...Bass and Bailey, to play on line 4?

Bingo wins! 2-0 shutout for Brust...and the pattern continues....both goals scored by Locke.

So that's like what 3 or 4 games in a row where all goals are scored by one guy? They really need greening/condra and most of all, butler back.

Is there a Swedish Lower Back Bug running around the Sens' teams?

Wink

Feels like that, some not so great luck I guess. Alfie, Petersson, Lehner...am I missing anyone?

Bingo wins in OT by a Daugavins goal. Daug had 3 points, so did Keller - Potulny and Wiercioch with 2 points each. Big win!

Huge victory. Good to see Weircioch producing (somewhat)....callup is in order perhaps so they can give Borowiecki a chance down there.

Barring a total collapse (6 games remaining and the other team chasing needs 4 more wins than them), Bingo will make its 1st playoff appearance since the lockout team with Spezza Inc.
The last few days have been phenomenal, with 3 wins in 3 days, outscoring the opposition 12-3.

Well-deserved. Given how many of their players we've got in our lineup (Butler, Greening, Condra, Wiercioch, Hale, Smith, Lessard). You could even argue Lee could have been playing in Bingo this year if Phillips and Gonchar didn't suck and Kuba (and, now, Carkner) didn't get injured long-term.
