Rob Simpson and EJ Hradek are on NHL Live today - you can actually get a live feed off of nhl.com. Hradek is the one that broke the Heatley story to begin with, so he must have some insight as to this latest rumour...

I fixed your post above. I figured Redden deserved the double whammy from both Monkeys.

We all have to remember what Murray did to TB and Meszaros. If the Great lisped one can make that deal.......who can he fleece next with Heatley? I have no doubt that a man-crush will be born with Murray by Friday.

I need to apoligize as well...it's a little tough here right now with 2 screaming kids being hot (no air conditioning yet...seems someone (evil eye) didn't flip the breaker when he opened the cottage) and leaving me high and dry with no information days before the biggest trade on Ottawa's history.

Dawg doesn't tell me much info about Chicago..he can't at least he doesn't dare let anything leak. As for other teams, at the time it was speculation and it was lucky...nothing else. It just seemed to fit.

Either way I need to get off the high horse and accept that the piece of crap is leaving.

Oh yeah, I'm not complaining (much). I usually take all my year's vacation in one block. Makes for a long 11 months, but oh so worth it come go time :D
