I tuned in to start the 2nd. I watched that "power play"....the one where they had Hennessy on the ice and couldn't set up for 1:50 and gave Burrows a partial break. I've since tuned out.

How can they lay an egg like this on home ice after such an encouraging roadie?

Burrows has 14 goals already...good for 4th on the Sens. Boy I'm glad we've got 7+ million locked up in Vermette and Fisher.

And to think yesterday there was a thread about Murray being a buyer. Only if he's buying prospects and draft picks

I don't think we are getting anything but what we thought we would from Ruutu. Some of his antics are lame and/or childish, but he's been effective in his role. He's even doing some PK work now.

He's one of those players like Orr and Carcillo, who could still be effective players without being dirty.

Phillips from Fisher and Vermette... Vermette's 2nd assist. The Sens appear to be flying now, they've had a couple good chances.

Kuba is one of the most enfuriating players to ever play for this organization. I really can't decide if I'd rather see them win the next 3 games or lose and subsequently trade him...
