There are players where it pays off to sit them because they come back hungrier and better than ever. Pageau is one of those guys. Meantime you have a solid player in Grant playing the ideal role.

Meanwhile from The Hockey Simmer: Pageau is a 3rd liner at best or NHL role player and Greg Anderson wouldn't have looked so good if he were in position to make highlight reel saves vs. The Devils.
