The Sens (12-17-5, 29 pts) continue their western road trip with a visit to oil town and the Edmonton Oilers (17-14-3, 37 pts). Gerber gets the start for the Sens and Garon is listed as probable for the Oilers.

The Sens are 0-3 on this road trip so far and it ain't looking good at all with dismal efforts put in by everyone across the board. I can only imagine how frustrated Hartsy is as I'm sure he's just as fed up as we are watching these lack luster efforts night in and night out.

Cody Bass is expected to miss today's game and Volchenkov is listed as doubtful. Winchester and Kuba are still listed as being on the IR.

Will tonight be the night that we can pull out a win? We're pretty thin on D and the D we do have are just awful right now. I'm very curious to see how this one plays out. As annoyed and frustrated as I am with this team, and as much as I say I'm not going to watch anymore, I always get sucked in to watching these games. Let's cross our fingers for a win, we're in desperate need of it.

Well, if Garon plays, we have a fighting chance. He's been god awful -- like, Gerber circa fall 2007 awful -- this year. Positively the worst goalie in the NHL at the moment. We could use the help!

I don't watch expecting us to win anymore. I just watch because it is a Sens game. There are a couple of players worth watching so makes the games less painful for me.

It is sad that Ottawa has become the team that when you play you give your starter the night off and play your backup

I've been saying the same thing for a while now, but I still watch for some reason. I don't know why I waste my time when night after night they come out and crap all over the ice. Why waste our time watching these guys take a nap rather than spend our precious time doing something productive? I have a feeling the attendance at SB will take a HUGE hit this year and for the next few years. The economy sucks as it is, they're selling tickets for nothing, and people are still not bothering to go cause the team sucks so bad.

a cent until give a better effort, charge less for parking in the worst
parking lot in the league (so frustrating) or at least until they
get rid of that garbage jumbotron haha. I can't take the fact it
is the worst in the league and is comparable to the civic centre one.

players have to squint on the bench when they try to watch the replay
of their goals haha. So sad. Couldnt we just have
gotten the ACC's old one which they don't use anymore and was 20 times
better than ours
