3rd jersey

They are teasing us with the 3rd jersey today on the site, but it looks rather good.

I agree. I like everything about that Jersey except the word SENS.

If it were the vintage 'O' logo I would be camping outside of SBP to buy one.

The SENS lettering I'm not overly fond of. We'll see how it looks.

I could be totally out to lunch, but when I was at the game on last Thursday, they were teasing us with the black jersey on the jumbotron, and I seem to remember the logo is the standard centurion logo, not 'SENS'

I totally missed that then.

When I went to the Islanders game... They showed them with the logo on the shoulders, but they never went low enough to see the front logo..

Time will tell. I'd MUCH prefer the Centurion myself.

The Concepts that leaked look brutal.

I have to ask -- wouldn't the league have some rules about what name they can put on the jersey? "Sens" is not the name of the team. Would they allow "Habs" or "Pens" or "Caps" or "Canes"? How about "Blueshirts"? "Laffs"?

Seriously, there's got to be some league rules regarding the use of team nick-names.

Good point pragman. Maybe Rooney can clear it up?
