I will assume that on the heels of a great performance against Philly, that Matrix will start in net again. I doubt we see any other lineup changes, but who knows.

Pekka Rinne is dealing with a minor injury, so we may not see him in net for Nashville.

And hopefully Nashville can continue in their losing ways.

He'll start scoring in the post-season.

Bad news, Rinne was back at practice.

Not only that, but they just lost to the Leafs, allowing 6 goals to Babcock's Boys (although it was vets JVR and Bozak leading with 4 points each). Preds are a .500 team and the Sens, well, they *should be* a .500 team, if not worse.

If the offense wakes up, this could be an easy win. If not, well, could be another 2-1 loss.

McCormick has been recalled. Someone banged up?

McCormick has 3 goals in 10 AHL games this season. He played one game with Ottawa and recorded 5 minutes of ice time and not much more. His last game was Tuesday and he had 4 shots and a -1 n goal in a 4-1 loss.

Is something up?

Hoffman not on the ice for the morning skate. Could be McCormick is up if Hoffman can't play.

Condon is in the starter's net at the morning skate. Looks like he'll go against the Preds.

Condon is something like 0-0-1 against Nashville but has a better SV% and GAA than Andreson (who has a losing record against the Preds).

The Sens aren't playing back-to-back, yet. Their next game is Saturday, hosting Carolina, but then they play again on Sunday in New York. Could it be that Anderon is getting another leave? Hammond should be ready, but, man, facing the Rangers who just took over the top spot from the Habs with Anderson out? That would not make me optimistic for a win.

Interesting lines at practice:

Dzingel-Turris-Ryan
Brassard-Pageau-Stone
Smith-Kelly-Pyatt
Puempel-McCormick-Neil

Sure, why not. Kelly and McCormick give us two LHS centers. Brassard to get a bit of a shake-up playing on the wing. Not sure if this is a desperation move or pure genius.
