I though this was a pretty interesting read. Methot is there.

Interesting. He's there as the top pairing guy. With his cap hit that's the only way he makes it on that roster.

This is a joke. I don't know who and how they conducted this but it's not a fair representation of who is out there.

I'll tell you what,  we're Gonna have to pay to keep Methot.

Not sure. I conducted a little pre-draft with the cap friendly app and there are a lot of great top4 guys that are unprotected. Of course a lot could change leading up to the draft and teams will try to do some damage control by doing trades before then so we'll see. As it stands today Anaheim loses fowler. I can't see them letting that happen.

Neat. This will all change before the expansion draft once teams are done trading guys they think they'll lose anyway.

Oh, oops, I thought he'd be here until December at least. Practicing with Boucher and Crawford, then the players like EK and Phaneuf must be really good for him.

It's nice for Chabot to get a taste of the NHL, but if he's not playing regularly, the best place for him is in Junior.

He is a 19 year old kid who needs to play to develop. Remember what happened to Cowen when he missed a year of development, then another year. He can't even crack the Leafs' lineup.

I've really thought Karlsson's been strong in the defensive end lately.

Particularly the defensive side - which could be a product of Boucher and Crawford - and the forwards coming back to be in position to take some of his 4 foot passes to get the puck out of the zone. He might even be sacrificing some offense to do it - although that's hard to say because his long outlets are amazing.

Karlsson's defensive game is a lot better than last game. Is it really Boucher or has he taken on the responsibility of fine tuning his defensive game? Or both? Man, so much smoother one on one, much better decisions with the puck, much better in zone passes. Filthy.

If he doesn't play good development suffers regardless of the reason.

Sens are second in the Division. One game shy of the first evaluation point (10 game mark).
