Wideman in for Claesson.

Hammond could rejoin the team tomorrow. Their next back-to-back is Thursday/Friday next week (Thursday is the last day of the road trip in Jersey, then Friday they face the Islanders at home).

I might pass on this one. Too late for me and we're terrible right now. Game time decision.

I thought the last five games prior to Washington were some of the best the Sens had played all year. I expect a run soon starting tonight.

They were good. It would be nice if they went on a run. I might watch afterall now.

Ceci had a solid period there. Hoffman seems to have some jump in the offensive zone, though he almost got caught with a dumb slash.

What happened? It was 1-1? I turned it off when they scored the 3rd. While they were outplayed at even strength, it looked like all the goals were stoppable.

Totally fell asleep midway through the second. How bad was it?

If you look at the goal that put Anaheim ahead 2-1 on the PP, as the enter the zone, all 4 Ottawa defenders converge on the puck carrier, it gets passed to a guy that's wide-open, and that's that. Just a simple defensive mistake, which is a trademark of a young team. It was on the right side too, but I forget who the Ottawa defender was on the ice at the time. It stinks to lose games like this where it looks like you had at least a point coming.

Hopefully there were scouts in attendance that felt the same way and we can sell high on at least one of these two and get someone that plays more than one "impact game" only so often.
