Now comes the Anaheim move for Drouin, I would guess. A dman, maybe fowler?

I doubt it. It's impossible to make trades isn't it?

Now's the time for some trades.

I don't think they need a sophomore who scored 4 goals in 70 games in his rookie season on a stacked team and is on pace to repeat (2 goals at the half-way point). They have plenty of players who are slumping (proven scorers) so adding a slumping sophomore is not what they need.

Makes me more and more disgusted that we sit and do nothing at this point. At one point I'm gonna buy my ticket for the tank bus. What a wasted season. Management fail.

It's about dealing from a position of strength and acquiring a hugely talented forward. Unlike drouin personally. I think he's gonna be a nice player going forward.

Who's dealing from a position of strength? Both teams are hugely underperforming.

Man, poor Bickell. One good playoff run, and couldn't live up to expectation s afterwards.

Did you see his contract? Don't feel sorry for him.

Can they buy him out or is the window closed? If he was bought out I'm sure some one would pick him up for playoff depth. But with the contract no way.

Wow! Habs outshooting the Blues 40-16! And it's just the start of the third.

39 shots on goal in the first two periods. That's not a total for both teams.

14 minors handed out in the second. Habs had 5 powerplays (7 in total on the game so far); Blues have had *one*.

Early dividends for the John Scott favour to the NHL.

Me and my buddies were joking about that as we watched it.

Really, shouldn't the NHL just give Scott a special pass and let him go to the ASG anyway? That'll avoid all the scrutiny and negative press they're getting, plus make them look like they care about what their fans think.

Anyway, Habs and Leafs lose, Sens win, all is right in the universe today.

Plus that football game last night was insane.
