That Rangers / Caps game was fantastic. The Caps almost came back from being down 4-1 in the third.

Game 7 could (obviously) go either way. The Caps have more game-breakers, but it's hard to bet against the defense of the Rangers...and some guy named Lundqvist.

McDonagh hurt his shoulder last night (hit by Ovechkin). He came out briefly but then was out at the end. But it could stiffen up overnight. We'll see. He didn't look too good when it first happened. Mind you, Burakovsky took a knee-on-knee hit (should have been called) and didn't look too good, either.

I wouldn't bet against the reigning President Trophy winners who have Lundqvist in net for a Game 7. Really, really gonna be hard for the Caps.

Of course if it had happened to Borowiecki he would have taken it out, spit-cleaned it, then popped it back in. Maybe miss a couple of shifts trying to wash the blood out of his pants.
