It's not all garbage. Our goalie was the best in the league, including A. Used to play competitive until his side forced him out. Really short kid (saw a goal scored over his head when he was in a butterfly) but his skill and compete level are as good a I've seen in rep games. I won't get insulted by the "garbage" comment, but not everything has to be compared to the NHL or the pro track. Kids have fun and parents get to drive. I don't expect much more than that most of the time.

Hmm. Spoke to a source this morning and it sounded like "clams". There was static on the line so I better reconnect and clarify.

Precisely why I didn't listen to them this morning. Well,that, and because they would have had Kevin Haime drone on about the Maters at some point.

Instead I rewatched some of the Rangers game. Hams were definitely burgled, so the theory is that it could happen again.

The hockey itself is garbage. Yah, you get the kid that says "screw it, I don't want to pressure of higher leagues" whether it's AA, AAA, Jr, w/e, but the hockey in itself is truly garbage.

It's the ISIS of hockey, complete anarchy. Obviously an exaggeration but to the original point it's near impossible to ref consistently because it is like trying to sort out and control anarchy on ice a lot of the time.

Game is on TSN 5 in Ottawa and on Sportsnet Ontario for the out of towners.
