GDT: Sens @ Flyers - Saturday, Apr 11th, 12:30pm

We all know what's on the line here. It'll be Hammond against, I'm guessing, Mason. The Flyers aren't particularly good at anything, and have a few injuries (Umberger, Luke Schenn, Wayne Simmonds, MacDonald, Lecavalier). If Simmonds would not play, that'd be great, as he's usually a Sens-killer.

Still, this is as pressure-filled a game as the Sens could possibly have. The Flyers will be loose and just trying to end on a positive note.

Stay out of the box, keep the pace up, and pressure their poor defence.

Yea, I guess I've gotten used to being nervous for 3 hours every two days (yesterday was a nice treat -- only 2 hours or so) but wouldn't want to keep that up from noon till night. Please win early and convincingly.

And let's say some of the injured decide to play... let's injure them some more. Real permanent like.

Yeah, my heart can only take so much.

Hope it's a 1-0 affair with nothing really going on and Philly pushing to score a tying goal with 30 seconds left. Just something where you know the team will get a point.

One more thing Tim. I need to update that my sources are predicting that hams will most assuredly be burgled and SSF will, after contacting his sources, corroborate this revelation. Stay tuned.

If Sens mile didn't do it nothing will.

That said, I was under the impression that I have very little effect on the universe other than my opinion on all things hockey but if I do I apologize.

That's a big chunk of the team. The Flyers are cutting deep into their farm team.

My son was in the Finals (a 3-game series) of his Midget House League. Reffing was terrible. But they won the deciding game 5-1 and no-one got hurt (not in the last game, at least).
