If the Sens win, they have 5 of 8 on the road trip, which is the pace they need to play at to make the playoffs. If they lose, it is 3 of 8 and a tough start to the 2nd half where they need to go 24-12-5 to have a realistic chance of making the playoffs.

Problem with that is they don't play just losing teams the rest of the way.

ks about right, although i would switch legwand and pageau.

Just switch the lines -- that's the 4th line, even though Stone is on it. I think they want him to earn his spot back. Chiasson isn't exactly lighting it up either but against his former team he might have a little more jump.

Seguin, Benn and Fiddler were question marks for tonight just yesterday. Chances are even if they play they aren't 100%.

First they give Karlsson an interference penalty on a play where two guys are going for the puck. Then they miss Horcroff's huge high stick. Then 6'3" Erik Cole deflects a puck at shoulder height and it's still below the crossbar. OK.

I am glad this is happening right now because Murray can't keep up the BS of saying he believes this team will make the playoffs. They can't. Not right now.
