He basically said that gms are smart for signing Stralman, pouliot, but dumb for ones like orpik, etc

And it's funny how he shat on the Sens for having the lowest cap hit per player, yet he top team is the Leafs who he always makes fun of.

We could look at every team and see who has a C to trade, but that would take time and effort.

They won't trade him for less and they shouldn't.

Howver they could use Methot and the only piece that would be as valuable is the 2015 1st rounder. Murray won't trade that pick.

Murray did have a quick mention about next year's UFAs. He said something like he is going to look to do those but not sure all can be signed.

Yah that wasn't the best press conference.

Gonna have to let the summer play out in Ottawa as this is one day where the contracts given out were just insane. It's not even a matter of who cares, it's a matter of it only be 6 hours into the UFA period and 100 days until the Sens even hit the ice.
