Meh, hard to fault them. Playing with 5 D on a back to back is beyond touch. Forward didn't really show up though. 3rd line has been a none factor.

Crappy part about losing this game is they really can't afford to be losing games at this point against teams they should beat. Gonna be a tough uphill battle all year.

Wouldn't say it's over but it's an uphill battle for sure. You're right though they need a spark and a kid going out there fighting for a job is usually it. If they can move Michalek for future considerations at this point you do it.

I think this will buy Anderson another big chance coming up.

It's clearly not the 950 save % that's needed, but he needed to have 1 of the last two goals. Unless I'm not remembering properly those are usually saves for him.
