Burm is a guy that can get in front of the net. I'm not sure we'll be able to find that elusive 40 goal scorer that we all dream of. but in that deal we could bring Bogo to play the right side behind Karlsson. Cammalleri can still come in anyways. he'll be cheap enough.SpezDispenser wrote:These are the players we have little to no use for IMO. MPS? Burmistrov? These are fine players, but what the Sens need right now is someone to step into training camp with experience in putting the put in the back of the net. Knows where to be at all times, knows how to get into the dirty areas and most importantly - has the skills and goals on his resume to make an immediate impact in the NHL.
Otherwise, what are we doing here? We have a trillion guys who play a good, solid 2-way game and have 'potential'. I personally don't want potential any more, I want a goal scorer. Cammalleri, Briere, Bobby Ryan (never happen), perhaps someone off the radar like Glencross. Whatever, bring us in someone who can put the biscuit in the net.
