I think if you're the Murrays, you have to assume that you need to start looking for a #1C now...I mean, it doesn't hurt, does it?

I'm guessing they will have a clearer picture of the situation depending on whether or not Spezza can return THIS year.

We've got Spezza and Turris under contract for the foreseeable future, so obviously that was the plan for our top 2 centres...given the somewhat uncertain status of BOTH of them, do you bring in a veteran centre (i.e. a Ribeiro-type) to help provide a boost in the short term while our own young guys continue to develop?

Hopefully Ribeiro is not this team's next "Spezza". Too small for a 1LC IMO. Plus that fake injury against Boston when he was with the Habs is still etched in my memory.

Nah, I tried, people were skeptical.

Just a big "I don't give a f***" what people who write for a living say. There's a reason why they write and they don't play.

Normally I would agree but that woman is actually a doctor. Still, I don't read anything these days and don't pay attention to anything in the media. Just watch the games and be happy.

Except for the Don Brennan penis story.
