Yeah, you gotta think the odds of us making the playoffs are really really slim now. It's just going to be frustrating to watch, knowing what could have been if we had a healthy Spezza & Karlsson. Seriously. And we have the Leafs on Saturday. Booourns.

I just hope EK is able to recover well and be back to his normal, Norris trophy self for next season, along with a healthy Spezza.

IMO Bryan Murray absolutely has to set up this team's forwards corps for next year. Perry (starts to be unlikely), Oreilly, whatever, he needs to start getting some good chemistry NOW. At least we have a top goalie that will make the kids play with confidence.

I don't think we should give up anything of value, teams are going to try and fleece us.

Fire sale at the deadline, keep the veteran core of the team and start again in the fall, hopefully EK will be back in September.

Not convinced you don't go with Lehner now or at least move Bishop and get Lehner in the NHL right now. Bingo is going to have a real shot at a championship again this year because a lot of those guys will be back for the playoffs.

There's no sense making a band-aid move now. Nothing is going to help enough. You just let the kids play and ride it out. The only trade(s) we make are ones that help us long term.

You don't draft Jones IMO, you draft a forward. No point in getting a guy like Jones when you have Karlsson and you can pick up a potential #1 franchise center.
