EDIT: Have any Season's Ticket Holder's confirmed that they have received this email? Postings on HFB by STH's say they have not received it.

It's hard to take that guy seriously with insult after insult regarding the building, the location and even the people driving out after the game. Give me a break and stick with facts.

As I said on the Twitter machine earlier today regarding the take back the arena movement:

Fans should have to answer a skill testing question to get in to the arena. Something like "2013-1967=?" Problem solved.

Sens can't stop the sale of tickets. The only power they have is if there is scalping being done. If a Sens fan sells the discounted ticket to a Leafs fan for the face value, nothing they can do.

It's not like we're known for our savvy marketing moves. A couple of those people in the Sens organization are borderline idiotic.

Who gives a rat's Donkey what Leafs or the media say about what the Sens do.

They believe themselves to be the centre of the hockey universe.. so everything is about them...

Bobby Ryan then! Of note, we also had scouts at the Anaheim game...and you can't chalk this up to advance scouting since there are no inter-conference games.

Come on...what is it with you and Colin Greening all of a sudden. I watched him last night, he's in a rut but he still works his arse off and forechecks well.

He is a guy that has probably peaked in terms of his production. For a "grinder" he doesn't hit, he's awful with the puck, has very limited hockey sense, and isn't overly difficult to play against. I don't like his game at all and if you want a guy that can skate fast might as well go with a guy like Cogliano who can score some goals on the 3rd lines and has the ability to play up on the top 2 as well.

I don't hate Greening but I think he extremely limited in what he can do and what he brings. He works hard, not smart.

There's a difference between a rut vs not having much ability.

Yeah I received an email like that a while back, so i can confirm it. Don't think it worked exactly well when the Habs rolled into town....

I might agree that Cogs could look ok on the third line but gaaaahhhhh! I don't think he's an answer for the second.

Cogliano is a guy who would fit perfectly into a MacLean system. Fast, handles the puck well, and can score around 15 goals a season on the 3rd line while doing a lot of work on the PK.

He's a better player than Greening and over a year younger but w/e, we'll see what happens.

IIRC Cogliano is a tweener, plus Anaheim doesn't have much depth at center past Getzlaf (who they might lose this summer) so I doubt they can afford to trade him (for a winger at least).

RoR is the guy Murray should target. Just like the Turris situation last year, although I suspect he'll be expensive to get due to the large amount of interest. If we had Spezza/Turris/RoR down the middle we'll be rocking.
