Who the Diddle cares what label we put on Mac. He can play on any of our lines, the PP, and the PK. Also, he's not practicing yet, so a return is far off anyway.

He fancies himself the next Mike Hoffman

wprager wrote:Interesting note from Dorion (don't have the exact quote) -- essentially makes it sound like he's down there for a while. They want him to play in all situation (last night he was on for the PK goal against as well as the PP goal for) and he's not going to get that in Ottawa. They didn't draft him mid-first round to be a 4th line grinder and to pick hamburgers off the ice. If he can re-acquire some offense to be a third-liner to replace Smith (eventually) that would be pretty much the best we can hope for at this point.
wprager wrote:Interesting goalie battle in Bingo. Granted, it's early, but after 4 games both goalies have 2 starts and both have great save percentages (.945 for O'Connor and a whopping .961 for Driedger).
Sounds familiar to what I was saying days ago... some never listen.wprager wrote:Interesting note from Dorion (don't have the exact quote) -- essentially makes it sound like he's down there for a while. He's gonna be the same exact story as Hoffman, minus the waiving. He'll tear up Bingo, get the call and slowly establish himself as a sniping top 6 winger. You can take that to the bank.

Urgh... don Brennan. Speaking of that idiot. He's got an article in the sun website a couple days ago already flaming the fire that's Boicher's system might not be adequate and he should think of adopting another. He goes on to mention that he'll look stupid in saying so if the sens win against Vancouver with a very low shot count.... yes Brennan, if only that was the only thing that made you look stupid. Well, at least it did.
He's almost on a Damian Cox level of stupid.
