More of a Fisher IMO but we'll see as time goes on.  Don't think he ever scores over 30.
Bet worthy!!?!?  Ahhhhh!
It could be a 20 year bet... it's basically an over under. 29.5 the over/under for his career high?

It could be a long, long bet actually. I'll say he does eclipse 30 at some point, but it's really not worth betting on other than a farmer's bet.  Plus...I lose a lot of bets these days.  Cussing Jays, Leafs, not worth taking a chance on this one.

EDIT: or Diddle it, we could do a small one of $20 bucks I guess.

Yeah, don't think it's worth it at all. Which is probably lucky for me as I lose most bets these days.

Sure I'll take that. Over 29.5 points for me.

I think the bet is on goals. Anyone can get 30 points.

Sounds like a minimum of 2 weeks for Stone. Shoulder injury, not sure the extent.

Ian Mendes.

The first injury on D and you know we'll see Ceci though. What a great story for that kid so far.

Shoulder, finger, ankle, sucks but some players are just that way.

Lol coming from you neely

Why wouldn't Borowiecki be thefirst D call up? Onlyscenario where ceci gets called up iis if Karl goes down

I think the first callup will depend on who's actually playing better at the time. Also, it might depend on who goes down. If, say, Phillips goes down, then yeah, it'd likely be Borocop. If it's (gasp) Karlsson that goes down, it may very well be Ceci that comes up.

Boroweicki sure... and I usually back what I say up with an opinion that is either based on fact of personal views... not simply a guess like Claeson (who I believe will be an NHLer)... Claeson might get a game towards the end of the year if there are some guys with bumps and bruises but no way he gets called up on any kind of long term basis right now. Ceci might.

I'd like to think that both claesson and Ceci can benefit from their minutes in bingo right now. Obviously who gets called up in case of injuries will depend on what's needed but a guy like Boro I would imagine would have precedence over Claesson for now. it's looking like there's quite a few guys on the blueline i Bingo that will have their chance to stick in the NHL before long... more interesting will be which ones will be traded to other teams and for what. this team isn't done packaging it's players for something else.
you have to wonder if it makes sense re-signing Phillips next year with so many young guys almost ready to make the jump... plus that ever present budget...Sarcasm

You may be joking but the fact that they gave Borowiecki a one-way for the year following the end of Phillips' contract, I think you'll see yet another life-long Senator shown the door for budget reasons.
