He couldn't make the team out of training camp, couldn't find a roster spot in the OHL, was injured for a long period (4 months?) and now he's a couple good practices from being in the lineup. I don't get it.

It's a legit comment based on your previous post. Culek must be done as a Junior so why not get him in some pro games?

Oh, my, careful about confirming things that are yet to come:

Four-way tie atop the AHL East Conference standings. All four teams with 87 points (Syracuse and Bingo with one more game played than the other two). Bingo and Syracuse are in a virtual dead heat. Sens with 1 more win but since they have one more SO win their ROWs are the same. Not sure what the next tie breaker is -- Syracuse is way ahead in goal differential.

Syracuse has 6 of remaining 8 games at home; Bingo has only 3. Bingo plays Syracuse on the last day of the season. Of the other 7 games, 6 are against non-playoff teams, and one against Hershey (8th seed). Syracuse has 2 games against Hershey, one against Rochester (5th seed in West Conf) and the Bingo game, the rest are against non-playoff teams. Hard to say who has easier schedule, but I'll give the nod to Syracuse because of the 6 home games.

Looks like the #BSens will receive another winger. Matt Puempel's Rangers have just been eliminated by the Knights in the OHL playoffs.
