I sure hope his nastiness goes beyond picking a fight in the handshake line with the smallest guy on the other team. Not to say that the guy didn't deserve it.

Boyle needs to pay for what he did to Karlsson. That was totally uncalled for and lowered him to the ranks of Lapierre & Burrows. Big brave dude who likes to pick on the little guy.

Anderson has to be better... Carkner hopefully comes into the lineup.. wish Gonchar would just come out.. but that won't happen.

Borowiecki could be an option as could Gryba... how about Ben Blood.. LOL

Funny thing is, Karlsson has manhandled Boyle at least once this year. He's a big softy. I think the Sens can be a lot better, but I think the Rangers can be alot better too...hope it works tomorrow, need some snarl.

Karlsson was stronger on hi skates and he out out muscled him that way. Can't really say he manhandled him. I agree the guy is a bit soft, though.

Just looked him up on youtube, he's not much of a fighter, is he. Dainius Zubrus pretty much "manhandled" him in a fight. The guy's not very strong on his skates.

GAME DAY!!! Game 2 goes tonight at 7pm in NY. Sens need to come back with a better plan and better play. Getting the spit will be HUGE. GO SENS GO!!!

I have a feeling we'll see two very different teams tonight.

Speaking of a different team, Brynas trying for a 3-0 series lead today. I saw the start time shown as 14:00 on one site and 15:00 on another. It's already almost 3PM in Sweden so I'll assume the start time is 15:00 (unless they were showing EDT?) Does anyone know when the game goes or, better yet, a stream?

And LiveTV.ru lists it as 17:00. Of course, who knows what timezone *they* are displaying. By way of comparison, they are showing the Sens/Rangers game as 3:00 (3AM) so, working backwards, that's 10 hours after 17:00, so that would mean that the game should have started just a few minutes ago?

Edit: Definitely a good goal -- I guess they wanted to check if it went off his stick or skate. Clearly stick. 1-0 BIF.

Brynäs holds on for 1-0 lead. Silfver+Järnkrok pointless again. Brynäs have a chance to sweep at home tomorrow, make Silfver available gm 4.

Game 4 goes tomorrow. If they win, they could have the parade as early as Monday/Tuesday and he could be available for game 4 on Wednesday. Hope they hold the parade early Smile

Serious question: what are people expecting from Silf? I see all these posts about how soon he can get over here. Are you guys thinking he'll walk in and light it up and be our saviour? Or do you just want to see him play?
