I don't mind that song. I really don't. But it's been done too many times. It's no-longer fresh and original. Mind you, neither is my choice -- although I don't think it's been used as a goal song in the NHL.

Not really enough to fill an arena, though. Somehow feels like there should be more instrumentation or something.

Whatever it is, it should be a song where people can sing along even if it's just one word.
Even if it's annoying after a while, Barbara Streisand is exactly the kind of song that should be played IMO. If there's a way to replace "Barbara Streisand" and "Duck Sauce" with something more Sens related it would be cool.
I like that Neely song too but it has to be modified a little bit to incorporate some Sens-related lyrics in there.

They shouldn't have ANY lyrics in whatever song they pick IMO. Just make it a tune. We don't need people singing along (they wouldn't anyway, this is Ottawa) and we don't need Sens themed lyrics because you know they would Diddle it up and make it lame. Just pick an instrumental goal song.

Take the one I posted and take out the lyrics! Boom!

You just know that in the end, the song picked will be lame as Dung since most Sens fans have the IQ and taste of a loaf of bread.
