I honestly think it should be "ONE" by the swedish house mafia. They play it at games now and I think it's a song the crowd will really get into after a couple of games. It's also a very current ture that is beyond popular in a lot of places.

That song doesn't exactly emote to the response of a goal being scored, at least IMO. Unless of course this is more of a jab at the fact we're gonna have maybe the most swedes in the league...

I would vote for ducksauce but I think Calgary and other places already beat us to the punch.

I'm not a fan of modern music either, but look it up on Youtube, they play that song anyway, might as well use if for the 80 times we score next year.

Just heard it. Even if I was a fan of it, it doesn't really make sense as a goal song. Or as an "official" song. Wouldn't relate to a ton of the fanbase.

My favourite recent goal song has been Spezza's "Invaders Must Die". That's actually pretty sweet.



But like I said earlier, my favourite goal song in the league is the Rangers. Unreal! It can't be beat.



I love the Sharks one too. A spin on the classic song (don't know what it's called). Sounds great IMO.

This is SHM. This is for sure a song that could get played out, why do they need something everyone knows? How about something different, something original, and something that may actually be fun?



Obviously cut through the into into the where the base kicks in.

You can for hear the crowd going "Dooo dooo, dooo doo dooo doo doooooooo" It's absolutely an upbeat, fun, and very modern tune that is catchy as Dung. This song would catch on very quickly in Ottawa (especially with all the Swedes) which I totally didn't even realize until it was brought up in here. A lot of fans across the league would say "that's a fantastic song to play".

Well I don't find it catchy enough or upbeat enough to be a goal song. Just doesn't fit as a goal song. Play it all you want during the game, sure.

Not saying it's a bad song, but it's just not a goal song IMO. Doesn't have the feel of "we just scored a goal, woo". I'm not sure they would go with a song like that anyway, as a lot of people find songs like that annoying.

The song seems more like an Entrance song to me. A song that would get people buzzing before the game starts. I'd be all for that.

We No Speak Americano is catchy as hell too! Except I don't think that makes a goal song either.
