I like that it sounds like Carter was the first person outside of the top brass at both teams to hear about it. It sounds like he was told first, then it was leaked.

If he puts things together this summer, he could be as good even sooner. He was barely missing chances last season, he's real, real close to being a legit top 6 winger with untapped potential.
