Kovalev having another performance. Stock is rising. I think he's in 2nd rnd pick territory now, maybe even 2nd +.

Chris Phillips playing really well. Still want to trade him, but if he could play like this or better all the time I would consider signing him again.

Kovalev with an empty net goal... so that's 1 G 2 A tonight?

Damn, that thing was a field goal.

Empty netters are usually meh, but that one was a beauty!

TSN credits him with the goal that could have gone to Foligno. 2G 1A is his tally.

Ya, he'll get us some value if he waives.

The "marketing" of the Sens' next Captain has begun.

15:29 and 2 pts for Butler. Woot! PartyTime!

The streak is finally over; the boys needed that. I'm happy for them. Those kinds of streaks wear you down and beat you up.

You could see Phillips had some pressure lifted on him when the final buzzer went.

Now they just have to start reporting his service to the community more frequently.

Too bad he doesn't play center, to replace Fisher.

Then, again, neither did Fisher.

Seriously, though, he had some creative moves out there. Love that behind the back pass, behind the goal, off the boards. The Sens actually did that on successive shifts -- don't remember who was the second one.

He was a dreadful colour commentator. I wouldn't put too much stock in anything he had to say.
