All of a sudden Sweden can't score a goal? Is it the loss of Landeskog or is the Russian Bear (cub) waking up?

Sweden ties it up seconds after killing off a penalty.

OT coming up. 10 minutes sudden-death OT. Doesn't look like they'll get more than 2 minutes to rest up, though.

Seems like Larsson, Lander and Celine have been on the whole OT

Refs really letting them play, Russian player set a nice pick at the red line that would be a penalty in the 1st

But he just stood there -- he did not move to block the Swedish player; he could have been called for a dive, though Smile

Russia wins after Sweden fails to score in the shootout

Swedes were all over the Russians in the OT just tried to be too fancy and didn't score. The Russian defenders looked like pylons there. But somehow Shikin kept the puck out (I don't know how many actual saves he had to make because quite a few went wide) and then he continued to keep them all out in the shootout.

You think Sweden will let Lehner go for Bronze?

Whoever wins tonight's game wins the gold. The Russians don't impress me.

They found their goalie, it seems. That's more than I can say for Canada.

Thats a great question, i was really hoping he would be the main piece on the silver medal but he has only looked ok.
