On another note, the BSens guys are video game geeks (like me), and are into Battlefield 3. Robin Lehner tweeted his Xbox gamertag the other day, and no doubt is being inundated with invites to games.

They need to get Lehner out of there ASAP. Guy is part of an absolute Dung show and had proven he is a top tender in that league. If Auld gets the start tonight and doesn't look good, Lehner should be in Ottawa shortly.

It's also good for every human being on earth to get a promotion and to this point, he's earned it. He's a better goaltender than Auld and could very well be the Sens future. He needs to be in Ottawa in short order.

I think he'll get just that next year. let him stay this year in Bingo and get a feel for what it's like to also lose. No need to rush him up here.

Nah, they've been bottom of their division for most of the season (I think they were 2nd last only briefly, when McKenna went on a bit of a streak). What's troubling is that Lehner is not getting a lot of starts (was injured for a while, then McKenna went on his streak, then he got suspended), and every time he gets one, recently, they end up losing.

A lot of it is circumstantial (horrible D, injury and suspension and McKenna not letting him get a bunch of starts in a row) but he is not getting the experience he needs. Would he be better off backing up in the NHL or hoping, yet again, for a full year of being the #1 starter in the AHL?

So..he has worse stats than McKenna across the board with only 6 wins on the season, and he was suspended less than a month ago for assaulting a ref and you..want to reward...him. ?

He was the playoff MVP and was a huge part of the reason they won the Calder Cup. He also was very good in his only game at the NHL level this year. I'd like Anderson to get a few breaks down the stretch, but because of all the games-in-hand I'm not sure when we will be comfortable enough to play Auld.
