Elliott or Leclaire - Who's Number 1?

Here's something I didn't know about Leclaire. Doug McLean said that even in Junior he was "always" injured. But, apparently, Rick Wamsley got McLean to buy into picking him anyway.

Leclaire seems to play better when he is faced with more shots, I have no clue why thats the case maybe it just keeps him focused and moving, thats just something I have noticed well he has played with us, now I will be waiting for the guy who will show me up with the stats page.

ie - He won't play. Why not just rest up right? It's only the second game of the season or I could be completely wrong and he was 98% ready on opening night and just wanted the extra 2 since it was only the first game of the season?

One day makes a huge difference with a tweak. I tweaked my rotator cuff earlier this week working out and even as of yesterday evening I was in a lot of pain, woke up this morning and didn't feel anything. Not that it means that I'm 100% yet, but at least I have no pain anymore. By tomorrow I might be closer to 90%, which means good to go for working out. It's no different for Spezza I'd imagine.

I *hope* it's different for Spezza. He makes $6.5M/year *plus* has access to the best in physio with all the fancy technology. Plus it's *his job* to get better, while most of us would have to sneak out at lunch for a forty-minute physio session.

Leclaire is keeping this team in the game tonight. It would be 10-0 without him tonight. Unbelievably bad play by the Sens tonight.
